On Friday night, Trevor and I went to the Neil Diamond concert. My plan was to surprise him with the tickets for Christmas, but he found out about the concert early on. So, I had to tell him about the surprise he ruined. But we were able to go with his friends to dinner beforehand - they made a promise they would all go to Neil Diamond together whenever he came into town, but our tickets weren't together so we parted ways at the concert. I don't think I have ever seen Trevor so excited and giddy in my whole life! He was freaking out the whole time saying things like, "He's still got it!", "Come over here, Neil!", "He pointed at me!" and "I LOVE YOU, NEIL!" It was honestly the cutest thing I have ever seen!

Yes, he is one of the all time best. He has lasted decades. I remember arranging for Dave to take Julie to his concert when she was 12. I wanted a little daddy-daughter time and wanted Julie to love Niel Diamond as much as I do. Hmm. . . I wonder what Julie thinks now. But it was sweet at the time. I just wish there was some more Bee Gees as well.

I thought I heard someone yelling those things, but I thought for sure it was a GIRL! J/K Looks like you had good seats and he even sang to you guys behind the stage. No fair! He should have sang to us up in the nosebleed sections. Now those were bad seats!
He does still have it and it was a great concert!!
I'm so jealous! I love Neil!! How have you been. Yes we do have a baby now, crazy. She was a HUGE surprise but definitely the best one. It's so fun being parents! You guys look so cute. I'm glad we can keep in touch now!
