Yesterday we had finished all our packing, had taken all the rest of the big stuff to the storage unit, were on our way back to the condo to eat some lunch when a bomb got dropped on us...the buyer of our condo backed out. 2 DAYS before we were going to close! Not only that, but we will not get any of the earnest money to pay for the repairs he demanded of us or to pay for the storage unit we had to get so that the condo would be empty for him to move in on Wednesday. I think it is completely ridiculous that someone can do this, especially when he wanted us to be out two weeks from when he made the offer...it just doesn't make any sense to me, but we will just have to keep our hopes up. So, back on the market we go...

Three's Company
GREAT NEWS EVERYONE!!! Trevor and I have sold our condo! They accepted our counteroffer yesterday, the appraiser came this morning, the inspector will look through our place tomorrow and we will be closing on the 24th of this month...less than two weeks. It's so weird because Trevor and I have lived there since we got married and in two weeks it will no longer be ours. Thankfully, my mom has offered to let us stay in her basement for a couple months until we find a house. Hopefully we will be able to buy my uncle's home in West Jordan, but there are still some kinks to work out. If not, we will find a great place to make our own and start a family. It's exciting to be getting to this next phase of our lives...WAHOO!!!"Come and Knock on Our Door..."
